Here is a short list of the many words we use in the fics many people will scratch their head at and wonder: effable Adjective; from the pronunciation of F-able Meaning: f*ckable; sexually desirable. As in "Mmm hmm.. that man is so effable" Usage: Used by the authors just in case parents are listening in - effing verb assmeats Noun; from the comic books by Jhonen Vasquez, "I feel sick" Meaning: ass plus meats - use your imagination. As in the classic line in the book "I hunger for assmeats, bitch!" Usage: Used by the authors apparently a lot man bunny Noun; ah, something we just made up to describe Mulder in one of our sillyfics Meaning: Basically to me, it's a guy who acts like one of the playboy bunnies, therefore.."man bunny". Please note, however, to my friend GWH (Goddess of Wrath and Hate), the man bunny has to have the full regalia ie. the bunny suit and cute widdle bunny ears.. awww... As in "Oooh, you're a cute man bunny.. aren't you? Aren't you?!" Usage: Who wants a cute man bunny?! buddy-buddy Noun; from Brak, our favourite character of the Space Ghost, Coast to Coast show! Meaning: A very good friend, so good you called him/her buddy twice! Extra special friend! As in "Mailed you your Gamby ish, buddy-buddy!" Usage: Quite a lot. We're very polite. nutbunnies Masker; from the animated show Freakazoid! (waves) Hi Cosgrove! Meaning: It masks swear words.. you know, like "oh sugar" when you mean "Oh sh*t"...As in "Awww.. nutbunnies!" Usage: We try not to swear a lot, we really do. chockies Noun; from the English Meaning: The very stuff that keeps us going - chocolate Usage: (drools) Chockies... cow Noun; we all know what cows are right? Meaning: ROGUE, that b*tch. What a cowwwwww... Usage: See above. lucky slut Noun; this refers to anyone who has a better life than we do. Damnit. Meaning: Lucky. Slut. Incorrect Usage: You must be my lucky slut, cos you flash so nice wherever you are.. Bar light, men's night, first strip I see tonight... shway Adjective; I got it off the Batman Beyond show (shameless, shameless me) Meaning: Way cooler than awesome. Usage: That was one shway party! Note that this is highly ironic. We never get invited to parties. hunteriffic Adjective; After Lieutenant Dwayne Hunter, currently the object of Saloppe's desires. And quit reminding us he's only a cartoon character on "Big Guy and Rusty". Meaning: (giggles) It's Hunter + terrific which equals mmm... yumminess... Usage: (echoes Tony the Tiger) He's Hunterrrrifffic! - huntabulous adjective Meaning: Hunter + fabulous demetrius Noun, Adjective; This name and its forms are taken from our fave guys... quite frankly, it's scary. - Demetrius (Christian Bale in "Midsummer Night's Dream) - Demetrius (Denzel Washington in "Mississippi Masala") - Dmitri (voice by John Cusack in the animated feature "Anastasia") Meaning: Handsome, devilish rogues who just sweep you off your feet with their charm and sexy smiles. Sigh. Usage: Sigh. Isn't he such a Demetrius? pokey Verb, Noun; derived from "banana pokey" (snigger) Meaning: (giggles) An act used by A fuckable french man living in Saloppe's apartment to pleasure said Saloppe in the dark, not so quiet hours of the night.... LOL or more generally, the act of getting: - "freaky" - "some" - "laid" - "a hole in one" Or even: - "doing the deed" - "doing the nasty" - "knocking boots" - "grinding hips" - "exchanging bodily fluids" ... I think you get the idea, right? BTW, this is not to be confused with "the pokey" which means "jail". Usage (and also sample blessing): May you sleep well, dreaming of f*ckable, rich, athletic men with "moves" who will pokey you all night long, hee hee.. yumminess Adjective; something I just thought up of to express the niceness of something Meaning: Yummy + ness Usage: (looks at a picture of Iceman) Mmm... yumminess...
