The centre of town in Ardara -- known as 'The Diamond.' When Kris' great-grandparents lived here, they would attend 'Fair Day' ...the first of every month when buyers and sellers gathered to exchange cattle, sheep, eggs, and tweed. |

This was the home of Kris' great-grandparents. Kris' grandmother Margaret lived here until she left for America. |

Kris' grandmother was baptized and great-grandparents were married in the earlier church which stood in this same spot. They knocked it down and built this church months after her baptism. |
