This is a map..of course!..of the development..some 239 homesites, the last four have just been completed/occupied. #30 Red Chestnut is an easy walk to the clubhouse area. Notice the "pathways" between streets..otherwise a long trot for SOME of the residents...
The lower area, "Proposed-1996", is all dedicated to RV, boat, and extra-car storage..

Guests, during those hours, call from the gate, and you unlock the gate with the "9" on your phone. Or, perhaps you just hang up. and they don't get in! |

THIS IS IT...typical of the "manufactured" homes here in Sonora Hills. the facades vary, but they are basically two long sections, buttoned together at the site. Double garages are mandatory..no parking on the streets..or in the driveways!
The front landscaping is maintained by Sonora Hills...the rear, and sideyards, are YOUR responsibility... |
