The first time I saw lightning strike
Mike--It was Union Number 204...they wanted more storms, less sun!

I saw it underground
Six deep feet below the street
Crow (Boris Karloff)--Dig, Igor...dig deeply! I need parts for my experiment! Bwhahahaha!
Mike--Never, ever do that again!

The sky came crashing down
Tom (Minnewegian) Oh, dat will happen when ya don't use good nails, dontcha know.
Mike (same) Oh, yah? Dat's true.

For a second that place was lost in space
Crow (Dr. Smith) Oh, the pain! The pain!
Tom (Robot) Warning! Warning, Will Robinson!

Then everything went black
Tom--And there went the neighborhood.
Crow and Mike--Tom!!
Tom (sheepish) Sorry, sorry.

I left that basement burning
Crow (Robert) Ow! Ow, I'm on fire! Ow!

And I never went back

The second time I saw it strike
Mike--It struck out Sammy Sosa in the bottom of the ninth...

I saw it at sea
All (singing) What do you do with a drunken sailor, early in the morning...say hey, and up she rises...

It lit up the fish like rain
And rained then down on me
Tom (singing) It's raining fish, oh yeah, halleluja...

For a second that boat was still afloat
Mike--Make up your mind! Is it a float, or a boat?

Then everything went black
I left it underwater
Crow (Lloyd Bridges) By this time my lungs were aching for air.
And I never went back

Crow--I'll bet the lightning likes it, too!
Mike--Crow...

The third time I saw lightning strike
