Escape ~ to the land of cotton candy ( The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. ~ the Lord is our only "escape") Consistency of ~ childlike contentment. ( He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters ~ a child is most contented playing in water)) A gentle breeze ~ under a tree. Birds softly singing life is . (He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name sake ~ one way to relax with nature , which is restoring our souls) Close my eyes visions appear. Formation of clouds above. ( Yea, thought I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; satan does his best work when ones eyes are closed causing our minds to wander from God) Release my soul; going, gone. Soft ~ embracing ~ peaceful. (thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over ~ repenting, accepting, and receiving God's promises) The glow of ~ light within. Enhances ~ higher I go. No limits ~ beyond ~ ~ Spirit ~ Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." (God's presence ~ light within? the Holy Spirit; there are 'no' limits with Him. Beyond? Heaven where our Father waits to be reunited with us, His children. Psalms 23 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Our only "Escape" from eternal death is through accepting Jesus as our savior. With Jesus, eternal life . Praise God as a child for He is our Father; never loose that 'childlike awe' for God is always to be in awe of. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ O Holy Father ~How wonderful and humbled I am that You choose now to reveal; for You had me write this poem almost two years ago. Little did I know then the true meaning behind. In Jesus name I thank You, love You and will always praise You.
