Lucille (my prayer partner and dear friend) is praying in her prayer language as I listen over the internet connection (it definately sounds like an Indian chant from way back when ) as God gave me this vision from ~ I do not know of the tribe, but that is not important at this time. I see an older American Indian woman in buckskin clothing; white hair sitting outside in the dirt; legs crossed as she is leaning foward so weary she appears. Her facial features are etched with lines of hard years living on the prairie; for I now see the open area, sparse surroundings. I hear such sadness in her words as she starts to chant; I can feel the emotion she is portraying from her words and body movements. Back and forth she rocks ; loss of so much her words portray with deep meaning of. I know she is outside for I see the teepees and can sense how dark it is but she is alone ~ Then a buffalo head appears over her head in a white cloud formation; massive in size with eyes dark and it has a blank expression; nonexistance glare on his face. Her words become sadder; for she relates to him; kindred spirits she feels, then she starts sobbing with uncontrollable tears while still chanting. Back and forth she rocks as the tears continue to fall. I see the image of the buffalo again, and then ~ an eagle floats into the picture. Massive strength you can see in each muscle as he glides. He is high in the sky; then right beside her; she has raised both of her hands, palm side up as if the eagle will land on them but her hands are raised in worship. The eagle is then so close for I can see each white feather under his outstretched wings; eyes dark with determination. He is surrounding her, brings his wings about her as if wanting to lift her; I see some of the feathers being ruffled as the wind gently blows. Now ~ she is no longer crying but has accepted the strength and comfort from whence it came from; God ~ but she doesn't know God exists but does know of the eagle and what she believes; taught from since youth. And God isn't upset for he knows her spirit; feels her tears and has comforted her in the only way she can understand ~
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Isaiah 41:31 ¬~ ¬~ ¬~ ¬~ We know my Heavenly Father where our strength comes from; You ~ most High Almighty God, creator of all. As a symbol you keep using to show me ~ the eagle that you have put forth in your book; The Bible with illustrations and words with powerful strength for reinforcement of. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29: 12-13
Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips. Psalm 63:4-5
In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul.Psalm 138:3
My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength, and my refuge , is in God.
Psalm 62:5-7
We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed. Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light afflication, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary. but the things which are not seen are eternal.
I Corinthians 4:8,9, 16-18 ¬~ ¬~ ¬~ ¬~ ¬~ Lucille and I praise You Heavenly Father for this vision with interpretation as I humbly accept the gift of interpretating her prayer language as given by You and we will use only to bring glory to You as Your word states, "Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret"...I Corinthians 14:13 and we did my Lord in agreement. In Jesus most precious name, we thank you. Amen writing and photographs Copyrighted@Lucille Roby and Linda Elaine Calhoun 11/24/01
