Right
now it is interesting and exciting for you to watch my work expand.
Previously
the only work you could see consisted completely of pencil and paper with
its need to feel like a realistic photograph.
Now,
you can see art as a result of an artist's need to better understand a
broader range of materials and possibilities for new materials that
will lead to new pieces. Did
you know that everyday objects (socks or sticks) and garbage (a broken
fan or flat tire) can be arranged so as to be pleasing to the eye.
I have done it. My
current work does not have the need for realism. Often
this new inspiration comes from combining accidental findings with elaborate
thoughts and sketches. Sometimes
conversation tends to lend itself to dreamy far away fields where we all
want to be. My
subconscious roams freely there and falls right into my art. I
an going back, and I invite you to come
with me
RIGHT NOW.
