RECIPE:
Sally's Mozzarella Cheese Dip

12 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pt. (2 cups) mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced garlic* (paste)
2-4 Tbsp. minced onion*
4-6 Tbsp. Parsley flakes

*Amount used can be adjusted to taste.


Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Refridgerate for 24 hours (must be this long to get proper consistency and taste).

Makes 4-5 cups.
