8 eggs
Cream sugar and eggs with mixer for 15 minutes on high speed.
Add lemon flavor.
Mix cream of tarter and soda with first cup of flour. (Might not need all 7 cups.)
Add rest of flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each cup. (Might need to finish mixing by hand and kneading the flour in until a consistency that can be molded.)
Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and mold. Lightly flour the molds to prevent sticking.
Let stand overnight before baking.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes or until cookies are a light cream color.
