And you know what, these dumb a**sholes in the US will swallow it and cast votes for him...”

Dr. Seuss Sees America

The Whos down in Whoville liked people a lot,
But the Grinch in the White House most certainly did not.
He didn't arrive there by the will of the Whos,
But stole the election that he really did lose.
Vowed to "rule from the middle," then installed his regime.
(Did this really happen, or is it just a bad dream?)
He didn't listen to voters, just his friends he was pleasin'
Now, please don't ask why, who knows what's the reason.
It could be his heart wasn't working just right.
It could be, perhaps, that he wasn't too bright.
But I think that the most likely reason of all ,
Is that both brain and heart were two sizes too small.
In times of great turmoil, this was bad news,
To have a government that ignores its Whos.


But the Whos shrugged their shoulders, went on with their work,
Their duties as citizens so casually did shirk.
They shopped at the mall and watched their T.V.
They drove a gas guzzling big S.U.V.,
Oblivious to what was going on in D.C.,
Ignoring the threats to democracy.
They read the same papers that ran the same leads,
Reporting what only served corporate needs.
(For the policies affecting the lives of all nations were made by the giant U.S Corporations.)
Big business grew fatter, fed by its own greed,
And by people who shopped for the things they didn't need.
But amidst all the apathy came signs of unrest,
The Whos came to see we were fouling our nest.
And the people who cared for the ideals of this nation
Began to discuss and exchange information:
The things they couldn't read, in the corporate-owned news,
Of FTAA meetings and CIA coups,
Of drilling for oil and restricting rights.
They published some books, created Websites,
Began to write letters, and use their e-mail
(Though Ho meland Security might send them to jail!)
What began as a whisper soon grew to a roar,
These things going on they could no longer ignore.
They started to rise up and reach out to all
Let their voices be heard, they rose to the call,
To vote, to petition, to gather, dissent,
To question the policies of the "President."


As greed gained in power and power knew no shame
The Whos came together, sang "Not in our name!"
One by one from their sleep and their slumber they woke
The old and the young, all kinds of folk,
The black, brown and white, the gay, bi- and straight,
All united to sing, "Feed our hope, not our hate!
Stop stockpiling weapons and aiming for war!
Stop feeding the rich, start feeding the poor!
Stop storming the deserts to fuel SUV's!
Stop telling us lies on the mainstream T.V.'s!
Stop treating our children as a market to sack!
Stop feeding them Barney, Barbie and Big Mac!
Stop trying to addict them to life long consuming,
In a time when severe global warming is looming!
Stop sanctions that are killing the kids in Iraq!
Start dealing with ours that are strung out on crack!"


A mighty sound started to rise and to grow,
"The old way of thinking simply must go!
Enough of God versus Allah, Muslim vs. Jew
With what lies ahead, it simply won't do.
No American dream that cares only for wealth
Ignoring the need for community health

For although our story pits Grinches 'gainst Whos,
The true battle lies in what we daily choose.

“U.S. Unloading WMD in Iraq”
By News Report --Mar 13, 2004

“Over the past few days, in the wake of the bombings in Karbala and the ideological disputes that delayed the signing of Iraq’s interim constitution, there have been reports that U.S. forces have unloaded a large cargo of parts for constructing long-range missiles and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in the southern ports of Iraq.

A reliable source from the Iraqi Governing Council, speaking on condition of anonymity, told the “Mehr News Agency” that U.S. forces, with the help of British forces stationed in southern Iraq, had made extensive efforts to conceal their actions.

He added that the cargo was unloaded during the night as attention was still focused on the aftermath of the deadly bombings in Karbala and the signing of Iraq’s interim constitution.

The source said that in order to avoid suspicion, ordinary cargo ships were used to download the cargo, which consisted of weapons produced in the 1980s and 1990s.

He mentioned the fact that the United States had facilitated Iraq’s WMD program during the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq and said that some of the weapons being downloaded are similar to those weapons, although international inspectors had announced Saddam Hussein’s Baath regime had destroyed all its WMD.

The source went on to say that the rest of the weapons were probably transferred in vans to an unknown location somewhere in the vicinity of Basra overnight.

"Most of these weapons are of Eastern European origin and some parts are from the former Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc. The U.S. obtained them through confiscations during sales of banned arms over the past two decades," he said.

This action comes as certain U.S. and Western officials have been pointing out the fact that no weapons of mass destruct ion have been discovered in Iraq and the issue of Saddam’s trial begins to take center stage.

In addition, former chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix has emphasized that the U.S. and British intelligence agencies issued false reports on Iraq leading to the U.S. attack.

Meanwhile, the suspicious death of weapons inspector David Kelly is also an unresolved issue in Britain.

Occupation Forces Official Claims to Have No Information About Transfer of WMD to Iraq.

A security official for the coalition forces in Iraq said that he has not received any information about the unloading of weapons of mass destruction in ports in southern Iraq.

Shane Wolf told the “Mehr News Agency” that the occupation forces have received no reports on such events, but said he hoped that the coalition forces would find the Iraqi weapons of mass destruction one day.

Coalition forces and inspectors have so far been unable t o find any Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. The U.S. invaded Iraq under the pretext that Iraq possessed a stockpile of weapons of mass destruction.”

What follows are comments about Martha Stewart’s trial.

I don't know about you, but if I were Martha Stewart, I would use my millions of dollars to hire people to delve into the deepest recesses and dealings of that prosecutor and the “government’s motives” Frankly, I, myself, would like to know what motivated the government to go after her (“make an example”) of her in the first place? Apparently, the main government prosecutor in the case is one, Karen Patton Seymour (traitor to womankind). I have discovered that the names of the other prosecutors in the case are not mentioned, at least not in my quick research. I wonder why that is? I believe they should use the names of the government prosecutors on the case instead of saying “the government alleges that. . .” Why don’t they use their names? They are always referred to as “the government prosecutors”. Hmmmm?

I am just VERY suspicious of their (the government prosecutors’) motives. Are they in some hidden way connected to Wal-Mart or The Carlyle Group? Wal-Mart is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. I wouldn’t put it past Wal-Mart to ‘pressure-cook up’ this whole thing.

Come on people! Wal-Mart is trying to take over the world!!! AND, do not even begin to forget that it was the FDA that said they were not (at that specific time, as it turns out) going to give the ImClone drug their okay. I believe she really does believe she is innocent. She told that guy to sell when it got to or fell below $60 a share. She wasn’t stupid. She used to work on the Exchange. I think they (the government’s creepy people) were counting on just that. We are talking about the G O V E R N M E N T here. Do YOU trust your government not to initiate schemes? If you answered that you trust your government, my only answer to you is, “Oh give me a break—you poor misguided fool”!!!

What was the government’s “incentive” to go after Martha when most of the "good ole' boys do this on a daily basis? (See Karen Patton Seymour’s almost identical quote[***] later in this rant.) I have to wonder why the media is giving so much press to Martha and her dilemma rather than what motivated “the government” (prosecution) to go after her? I think there is a really juicy story here, and I have to really, REALLY wonder why the media hasn't given it any effort.

How about that "friend", Mariana Pasternak? It just proves that old adage that "with friends like that, who needs enemies”? Maybe Martha has reaped some bad karma, but not enough to deserve what happened to her. I look to ulterior motives from special interest groups within the government for the reason she was singled out. My goodness, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, et al, are responsible for –among other things---the deaths of 3,000 plus lives and counting. Why hasn’t anyone prosecuted them? (See quote by Christopher Westley later in this rant.)

You would really need to get inside my mind to understand what I am about to say, but since you cannot, read Barbara G. Walker’s book, “The Crone”: Woman of Age, Wisdom, and Power” instead. This was purely and simply a WITCH HUNT!!! If I were Martha, I'd put a spell on that prosecutor. Maybe it is just because I am a woman and because I HATE Wal-Mart, but it just seems to me the government or prosecution tried to send a "message" with this case. And that message was, “don’t mess with the big boys and the secret government”!!! Maybe there really was some “hidden” agenda from Wal-Mart in all of this. It makes more sense than a lot of the other theories.

Frankly, some good Witch should cast a spell on that heinous Wal-Mart corporate black hole. Actually, I believe someone already has, and I’m not telling (wink,wink) <(;-)
If they finish the building here in Morton, I expect a tornado will “take it out”, or some other “natural” disaster—the buggers!!!

Martha helped K-Mart in a BIG way, and Wal-Mart is K-Mart’s competitor in a big way. Also, Wal-Mart is dirty-dealing and under-handed. Wal-Mart is a scourge on our country and I would not put it past them to "go after Martha Stewart" to harm K-Mart. As bad as it is getting, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if they had people in the government on their payroll. THAT is where the media needs to start looking!!! Isn't it interesting that the media hasn't queried that possibility? Need I even ask why? NOT!!!

Also, I think a new trial should take place. Why? Because the media said that one of the jurors came out of there with his fist in a salute saying that “they” (I can only assume he meant the jury.) had "won one for the little guy". Excuse me, but what happened to fairness in the judicial system? Oh, yes, I guess that flew the coop when the Supreme Court elected the “Executive Branch” of our government!!! For those of you who never studied your history or civic lessons, There are supposed to be THREE branches of our government—a) the Executive Branch, b) the Legislative Branch (that would be the Congress), and c) the Judicial. This was so there would be SEPARATION OF POWER!!! I guess now we are theoretically down to two. Believe me when I tell you that this juror is THE buzz EVERYWHERE!!! Everyone is talking about that juror and the implications!!!

Theoretically, jurors are supposed to be unprejudiced and impartial! Don't the lawyers ask them these questions when they are reviewing prospective jurors for trial? If this man did, indeed say that he was impartial and then, indeed, shouted that ‘they’ had "won one for the little guy", should he not be brought to trial on perjury (a very serious crime)? He obviously LIED to the lawyers when he was being queried. Apparently, there are witnesses to what he said. In my opinion, he didn't win anything for "the little guy". He was suckered in by the "big boys". What a dumbass.

Here are some quotes from Cynthia McCormick’s March 6, 2004 article for the “The Cape Cod Times” entitled, “Some See Unfairness in Martha Stewart Case”.

Cape Codders interviewed yesterday after the verdict said they see Stewart less as an example of corporate greed than of prosecutorial zeal and sexism.

“Sexism and prosecutorial zeal?”---ahem, again, please read. “The Crone…” by Barbara G. Walker.

"People have done worse things and are not being put through what she's being put through," said Joan Huckins, a life skills teacher at Falmouth High School. "I think she's being picked on," Huckins said. "I'm sure it's because she's a woman."

Again, it would be a good idea to read Barbara G. Walker’s. “The Crone. . .”.

"She's obviously a big coup for the prosecutor," Fernalld said.

In a rebuttal to a statement made by Martha Stewart’s attorney, Robert Morvillo, the main prosecutor, Karen Patton Seymour, stated, "Smart people make mistakes, and smart people do dumb things," she said.
[And here is her quote I referred to early---]-- [***] "Your common sense tells you that that's what white-collar criminals do every day."

PRECISELY!!! That is just what most of us are saying!!! WHY, if this is “what white-collar criminals do every day”, did you send a heat seeking missile at Ms. Stewart? A lot of us would like to have an answer. Pony up, Ms. Prosecutor. Why did you TARGET Martha Stewart!!!

No one has successfully answered this question. This is probably because most news agencies are not asking the right questions!!!

The Stewart trial should serve as a reminder of Murray Rothbard’s criticism of the notion of an independent judiciary in “Power and Market” (1970, p. 195): "If the judiciary is really independent of the popular will, then it functions, at least within its own sphere, as an oligarchic dictatorship, and we can no longer call the government a "democracy." On the other hand, if the judiciary is elected directly by voters, or appointed by voters’ representatives…then the judiciary is hardly independent. If the election [or appointment of judges] is subject to renewal, then the judiciary is no more independent of political processes than any other branch of government."

Finally (and most importantly),

the gall—the heroic gall—to fight such absurd charges is crucial for a free society.

We should be thankful that Stewart, whatever her faults, was willing to stake her reputation and wealth to fight this surreal ordeal in court. We can be sure that, post-Martha, the DOJ [Department of Justice] [sic] will be more careful where it picks its fights. We can hope that the Stewart trial will be viewed as a harbinger of things to come in the fight against an activist federal judiciary.

And, if I were you, I would certainly have private detectives working around the clock to see what they can dig up on the “government prosecutors that brought this case against you. Also have them discover if there are any connections to Wal-Mart regarding this whole affair. Trust me, the media will not busy themselves with such a task.

February 13, 2004~~ Well, I was reading my Rants and Raves page, and I realized that I had said that if this administration got us in illegal wars, etc. I would have to “fix the tapestry”.
Goodness what a mess this administration has gotten us into. So many jobs have been lost that it is as if we are living under the Herbert Hoover administration, except that this administration is trying to turn America into a police state. Gross!!! In case some of you do not know who Herbert Hoover was, he was the President in office during the Great Depression. He was a Republican. Unlike our present President, he was well educated.

I want my readers to research Karl Rove. Karl Rove is President Bush’s “right-hand” man. He is diabolical. A good place to begin your research would be at Google.com Be sure you put these key words “Karl Rove site:rense.com” in that box Google provides. Then click on the “Search” button. Here is one of the sites that is recommended:

Ironically, I have to have my claim into Allied Worldwide in just a few days. I have been very busy getting that finished. Too bad for them that they didn’t give me longer because of the injury to my knee that they caused. No, they wouldn’t give me the extra time, so now I will have time to devote to my potions and repairing the riff in the tapestry of this great country. Humph!!!
By the way, as I have stated elsewhere, Allied Worldwide is the official ‘carrier’ for the United States military. Duh! Oh what a tangled web they weave.
All I have to say at this time is that they better compensate me for that horrific injury to my knee or I will put all the pictures exposing the conditions my boxes were in when they were delivered to me, PLUS my story, and it’s a kicker!

I just heard that our Mayor suffered a stroke. I remember seeing him at the town meeting and how he just seemed to be so uninterested in what the citizenry had to say about Wal-Mart bringing their damnable superstore to our town (no one wants it here). One almost got the feeling that he had taken some kind of bribe from them? Probably not, but he really didn’t want to let the citizens have their say, which is in and of itself, not very democratic. I think Mr. Bisio, manager of community affairs for Wal-Mart’s 14-state Midwest region, should reconsider bringing it here. Mr. Bisio, don’t piss off this Witch!!!
Update: 02-13-04~~~The earth moving equipment is starting work on the Wal-Mart site. Luckily, I will have time now to devote to that thorn as well. Woe be to Wal-Mart. Mr. Bisio, you should not build in Morton!!!

As my readers will recall in my December 2003 Rants and Raves page, I stated thusly, I went to a town meeting last night. (Sometime in August 2003) Why? Because Wal-Mart wants to build a HUGE megaplex store near a residential area in my hometown. It was interesting to watch government “of, by and for the people” in action—NOT!!! Wal-Mart hasn’t factored a POWERFUL and PISSED OFF WITCH into the equation. I will (with the help of my “otherworldly” helpers) bring that company to its knees. It begins now. So, no matter what the end result is, it will suffer and suffer and suffer. It had better not move to Morton, IL. No one wants them here, anyway. Therefore, they must go or suffer. So Be It!!! Old Sam Walton must be turning in his grave. This was not what he wanted.
I am sure everyone has read how Wal-Mart has been suffering and plagued with all kinds of problems since August of 2003---DUH!!! Oh, how the high and mighty fall!!! They have their wheelers and dealers, lawyers, and probably even the Carlyle Group, not to mention billions of dollars helping them. What they DON’T have and what is against them all is this simple true Witch and her “otherworldly” helpers. SO MOTE IT BE!!!



Here’s a RAVE: A must read book this year is The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. I certainly enjoyed as I am, myself, well versed in the Knights Templar and Grail legends. I also have understood the meaning behind it for decades. It tickles me to see it in print. Hope it gets people thinking.
I don’t want to spoil the ending for you, but I think you should know something about the “chalice and the blade”. The blade goes INTO the chalice and not under it. Picture someone holding the chalice (priestess) and a male (priest) putting the blade of the athame point downwards into the chalice. THAT is how it would be, and not as Mr. Brown has presented it in his book. Just thought you should know this truth because it makes a HUGE difference.
The next time you eat an apple, first cut it horizontally in half. You will find a perfectly formed pentacle (five pointed star made from the seeds.) That, my friends is just the beginning of the journey…

The ‘church’ wanted this symbol of the feminine associated with evil just as they had tried to make Mary Magdalene out a whore, which of course SHE WAS NOT!!!
