ELECTRIC SERVICE: Electric service is provided to Trent Woods residents through two providers, who may be contacted at the following numebers: City of New Bern Electric Services @ 636-4070 and Carolina Power & Light @ 636-5688. TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES: Services within Trent Woods are a part of the Craven County system , and are provided by Hess-Hargett Sanitation System. Trash is picked up weekly on Thursdays; recyclables are picked up on Mondays. Trash pickup requires a $2.50 sticker for each bag of 33 gallon size. Trash stickers may be purchased at the Town Hall or at various outlets around New Bern. Recyclables are picked up by American Refuse Systems. Additionally, refuse may be taken to the Convenience Centers located throughout the County. MEDICAL SERVICES: Medical services are available locally through Craven Regional Medical Center, located on Neuse Blvd. in New Bern. Military retirees have facilities available at the Naval Hospitals at Marine Corp Air Station, Cherry Point in Havelock, and Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, in Jacksonville.
