Italian Balsamic Chicken Breast

3 Points Per Serving

 

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 garlic cloves, minced

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, 4-ounces each

 

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag. Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Can freeze at this point.

To prepare:

thaw overnight Prepare grill. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done. Cool and serve.

Makes 4 Servings.
