4 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup walnuts -- shelled
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup sunsweet cranberry orange fruitlings [if not available you can use dried fruit and/or raisins]
1 teaspoon vanilla extract -- pure
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil -- Canola
Combine 4 cups rolled oats, 1/3 cup wheat germ, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/3 cup cranberry orange Fruitlings, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/3 cup honey, and 1/4 cup vegetable oil together in a crock pot. Stir together and cook four hours on low setting with lid loose stirring occasionally. Transfer to container(s) when done cooking.
Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
