Shredded Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

3 cups broccoli-coleslaw blend

4 ounces cooked roast beef -- thin bite sizestrips

1/4 cup stir fry sauce

1 small tomato -- cut into 8 wedges

 

1) Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick coking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add coleslaw blend; cook and stir 2 minutes.

2) Add all remaining ingredients; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender and mixture is thoroughly heated.

Makes 2 - 1 1/2 cup servings

NOTES : For more zing, substitute Szechuan stir fry sauce or add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
