  8 1/2         ounces  peas, canned -- drained
  8             ounces  green beans, canned -- drained
  8 1/4         ounces  carrots, canned -- sliced, drained
  14 1/2        ounces  diced tomatoes -- with garlic and onion
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
                        nonfat parmesan cheese -- optional
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat peas, green beans, carrots and tomatoes in separate large saucepan 
while pasta is cooking. 
Mix in pasta and heat through. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Garnish with 
Parmesan cheese, if desired.
