Italian Sausage Soup

3/4 pound turkey Italian sausage

1 can crushed tomatoes (15 oz)

1 can garbanza beans (15 oz)

2 1/4 cups water

2 cans chicken broth

1 cup mushrooms

1 carrot, diced

Oregano to taste

Garlic to taste

Pepper

1 large or two small zucchini

6 oz. tri-colored pasta

Parmesan cheese

 

Brown sausage in non-stick pan and move to a stock pot or pan Add all but the zucchini and simmer for 20 mins Add the zucchini and pasta and simmer for 10 mins
