Low-Fat Almost Instant Deviled Chicken

3 Points Per Serving

 

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons wine vinegar

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Pinch cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

4 poached chicken breast halves

Hot cooked rice

 

Preheat broiler. Mix together mustard, vinegar, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce in a shallow dish. Season with cayenne and cracked black pepper. Roll chicken in the mixture to coat. Place on foil-lined broiler pan and broil for 2 minutes. Turn, spoon remaining deviled mixture on top, and broil for1 to 2 minutes longer. Serve with rice.
