Low-Fat Crispy Buttermilk Chicken

3/4 c. low fat buttermilk

1/2 t. garlic salt

2 cloves garlic, pressed

black pepper to taste

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 c. cornflakes, crushed

 

Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and roll in corn flakes. Bake on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350º for 25 to 35 minutes.
