Crusty Italian Loaf

3 Points Per Serving

 

2 LB LOAF--

1 1/3 cups water

3 tablespoons light margarine

4 cups bread flour

2 tablespoons dry skim milk

1 envelope italian dressing mix -- good seasons

1/4 cup Sweet 'n Low® sweetener

1 3/4 teaspoons salt

2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

 

Use basic/white cycle with softened margarine. Use medium or light crust color setting.

Serving Size : 16

NOTE: If you can't find italian dressing mix use 2 tbsp or more of italian seasoning.

NOTES : Per serving: 144.2 cal, 1.7g (10.6%) fat, 1g fibre, 266mg sodium, 271g carbs, 4.7g protien
