                    Spaghetti with Sauce and Cheese

     1/2                green bell pepper -- finely diced
     1/4           cup  spanish onion -- chopped
  1              clove  garlic -- minced
  1           teaspoon  olive oil
  1                cup  canned tomatoes -- chopped
  1                cup  spaghetti -- cooked
     3/4         ounce  nonfat mozzarella cheese -- shredded
     3/4         ounce  nonfat parmesan cheese -- grated
Sauté first three ingredients in oil. Add tomatoes, simmer. Serve over spaghetti. 
Top with cheese.
