Almond Fried Rice

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add egg; cook, stirring gently until firm. Stir in rice and cook until heated through, gently separating grains. Add ham and soy sauce. Just before serving add almonds.
