Chicken Breasts in Wine Sauce

Quick, easy, and totally delish - this LOOKS and TASTES like you have spend HOURS in the kitchen - only YOU will know how terribly easy it was to prepare. :-)

12 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 can (10.75 ounces) lower fat cream of mushroom soup

1 cup non-fat sour cream

3-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces with juice

1/2 cup white wine

Paprika

 

Preheat oven to 350º. Place chicken breasts in one layer in a large casserole dish coated with non-stick spray. Combine the soup, sour cream, mushrooms and wine in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken, dust with paprika, and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
