Crunchy Baked Chicken

7 Points or 5 Points per serving

 

3/4 ounce corn flake crumbs

1 teaspoon sesame seeds -- optional

1/2 teaspoon paprika

salt and pepper

3 ounces chicken breast -- pounded thin

1 tablespoon skim milk

2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine

 

Combine first four ingredients; set aside. Brush chicken with skim milk, coat with cereal mixture, and place on nonstick baking pan. Dot chicken with 2 teaspoons reduced calorie margarine and bake for 15 minutes at 400º F. or until done.
