Frozen Cherry Salad

4 Points Per Serving

 

1 (20 oz) can reduced-calorie cherry pie filling

1 (14 oz) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk

1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained

1 TBS. lemon juice

1 (8oz) container frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed

Cooking Spray

 

Combine first 4 ingreds.; fold in whipped topping. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray; pour cherry mixture into prepared pan. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight. Cut into rectangles.

Yields: 10 servings
