LOW-FAT COLOSSAL CHOCOLATE CHIPPERS

1 Point per serving

 

3/4 c. whole wheat flour

1/2 c. all-purpose flour

2/3 c. sugar

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1/4 c. prune puree

2 tbsps. honey

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/3 c. chocolate chips

1/3 c. chopped walnuts

 

Combine the flours, sugar and baking soda, and stir to mix well. Add puree, honey and vanilla and stir to mix well. (If the dough seems crumbly, keep stirring until it holds together.) Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Coat a baking sheet with veggie spray. Drop slightly rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, placing the 1 1/2 inches apart. SLightly flatten each cookie. Bake at 350º for about 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
