Low-Fat Cranberry Meat Loaf

4 Points per serving

 

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

1 1/2 pound ground turkey breast

3/4 cup lite evaporated milk

4 egg whites

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 pound ham - low fat

3/4 cup fat free cracker crumbs

2 Tablespoons onions, diced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

3 bay leaves

 

1. Preheat oven to 350º F

2. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cranberry sauce; mix well.

3. In nonstick loaf pan, spread sauce mixture over bottom of pan.

4. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except bay leaves; mix well.

5. Shape meat mixture into loaf and apply cranberry sauce to top. Place bay leaves on top of loaf.

6. Bake for 45 minutes or until loaf is browned.

7. Remove bay leaves and serve.
