Mixed Greens with Bacon-Horseradish Dressing

6 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
2 TBS. nonfat mayonaise
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
6 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Freshly ground pepper
Place bacon on a microwave safe plate lined with paper towels. Microwave on HIGH for 5 mins. Crumble bacon after cooled. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingreds., stirring well. Combine salad greens adn mushrooms; arrange evenly on 6 salad plates. Spoon 2 TBS. buttermilk dressing over each salad; sprinkle evenly with bacon. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
