Pineapple Cake

5 egg whites
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained
1 box yellow cake mix -- reduced fat
1 tablespoon sugar
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add pineapple and cake mix. Spread in a sprayed and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon sugar. Bake 350º F. for 35 minutes. Freezes well. Fat free Cool Whip can be used on top when served.
