Seafood Dressing
From: Slim and Healthy Recipes cookbook
1 Point Per Tablespoon
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup reduced-calorie mayonaise
1/2 cup spicy chili sauce
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 TBS minced onion
1 TBS prepared horseradish
Pinch tarragon
Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Store in fridge.
Makes 2 3/4 cups
