Tropical Grilled Chicken

1/2 cup reduced-calorie apricot-pineapple preserves
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
3 TBS. fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 green onions, finely chopped
8 large skinned chicken thighs (about 3 pounds)
Cooking Spray
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush half of preserves mixture over both sides of chicken. Set remaining mixture aside. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350-400º). Place chicken on rack, meaty side down; brush with half of reserved preserves mixture. Grill, covered 9 mins. Turn chicken, and brush with remaining preserves mixture. Grill, covered, 9 additional mins or until chicken is done.
