Turkey Vegetable Chili

4 Points per serving

 

2 Tsp. Oil

3/4 Lb. Ground turkey or lean ground beef

1/2 C. Chopped onion

2 Garlic cloves, crushed

1 C. Water

1 (14.5 oz) can Diced tomatoes (undrained)

1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce

1 (4 oz) can Chopped green chiles

1 (16 oz) Pkg. Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1 Tbs. Chili powder

 

Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion and garlic: Cook 5-6 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
