Turkey Noodle Meatloaf

3 Points Per Serving

 

1 package chinese noodles -- Ramen beef lowfat dry (use flavor packet too) -- 3 oz

2 pounds ground turkey

2 tablespoons minced onion

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/3 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute

1 can lowfat beef broth -- (14.5 oz)

1/3 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 cup green peppers -- chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Preheat oven to 375º. Remove Ramen noodles from package & crush into very small pieces. In large bowl mix all ingredients, including noodles & flavor packet. Stir until thoroughly blended. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray & put mixture in. Bake at 375º for 1 hr 15 min

Makes 12 servings

Rose's Notes: I made this tonight...my hubby, 3 kids & I loved it! The reason for the noodles is the ground turkey is very dry...noodles hold moisture...it was very moist & excellent in taste!!
