6 cups water
6 chicken bouillon cube
2 carrots -- diced
2 celery -- diced
2 zucchini -- diced
14 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes -- diced ( Del Monte)
1/2 package frozen spinach
3/4 cup elbow macaroni
Bring to boil and cover 30min
Makes 8 (1 cup - 1 1/2 cup servings)
