CHEESE TOASTIES

Ingredients:

CHEDDAR CHEESE
MAYONAISE
ONION
1/2 TEASP DRY MUSTARD
4 DROPS WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
DASH GARLIC POWDER
PAPRIKA
CRISP CRUMBLED BACON
HORSHRADISH

Preparation:

SPREAD ON ENGLISH MUFFINS BROIL

CORN BREAD / OYSTER DRESSING

Ingredients:

8-10 cups coarsely crumbled corn bread
2 slices white bread toasted and torn into small pieces
2 hard cooked eggs,chopped
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 pint oysters,drained and chopped( 2-8oz cans)
2 eggs beaten
1 teasp poultry seasoning
5-6 cups turkey or chicken broth

Preparation:

Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl
Stir in enough broth until mixture is very wet
Pour into greased 13x9x2 baking dish or shallow 3qt baking dish
Bake uncovered at 400 for 45 min. or until slightly browned

CORNBREAD CORN

Ingredients:

1 CAN CREAM STYLE CORN
1 CAN WHITE WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1 BOX JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX
1/2 CUP BUTTER
SMALL BOX SOUR CREAM

Preparation:

MIX AND BAKE 350 FOR 1 HOUR

CHEESE BALL

Ingredients:

16 OZ PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
1/2 POUND SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 TBLES GRATED ONION
2 TBLES WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TBLES LEMON JUICE
1 TBLES PAPRIKA
1/2TEASP SEASONED SALT
SALT
2 1/4 OZ CAN DEVILED HAM
2 TBLES CHOPPED DRY PARSLEY
2 TBLES PIMENTO

Preparation:

MOLD AND ROLL IN 2/3 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

PITA GARDEN POCKET

Ingredients:

1 CUP SHREDDED SPINACH
1/3 CUP DICED GREEN PEPPER
1/3 CUP SEEDED DICED CUCUMBER
1/3 CUP DICED RED ONION
1/3 CUP SHREDDED CARROT
2 TBLESP RED WINE VINEGAR
SALT & PEPPER

Preparation:

MIX WITH COTTAGE CHEESE AND PUT IN PITA POCKETS
(I eat it as a salad without the pita)
