WHAT'S HAPPENING IN BARNES NOW?

David O'Connor sends us some news from Barnes:

"Today the 29th Jan'02, the school celebrated Founder's Day. We began with a Chapel Service, led by our Chaplin Mrs.Kamble.The Principal had invited Senior Police Inspector Mr. Shinde, to be the Chief Guest. Among the invitees was another ex-student Mr.Shindore who is a buisnessman & farmer in Nasik.

After the Chapel service we went to the Computer Lab. The School had just received 14 new computers & Mr.Shinde cut the ribbon inaugurating the Computer lab. This also coincicded with the launching of the official website for Barnes School. The website is: www.barnesschool.org <http://www.barnesschool.org> .

After this was done, all the guests & staff were invited to have tea & snacks in the staff room.

Later a volley ball match was arranged. The children & staff took part 7 everyone enjoyed themselves."
