1-  A Receptionist: To greet the customer on arrival and make them feel welcome and appreciated.
2-  A Counselor: product and Technical knowledge improvement in order to respond customer's question.
3-  A Communicator: it is important to make a habit of writing onthe repair order every promise made to the customers.
 B- A Follow-up Person:
   The service advisor must develop a trusting relationship by maintaining
  regular contact with customers and also use post-service follow-up to
  determine customer's satisaction level.
