 Job Explanation at delivery

1- Importance of Explanation.
To avoid misunderstanding and to develop a trusting relationship among service advisorand the customer. service advisor must explain the following point before asking for payment.
1- what was done on the vehicle?
2- How long did it take to reapir the car?
3- how much does it cost? ( 1-parts 2-total labout cost 3-total lubricant cost)
4- match the charges, authorization agreed with customer.
2- Retain Replaced parts.
keep all the reppaced parts in to the car,except oil filter, used battery .
3- Pre-Release inspection.
Before the customers arrives to collect his/her car, quality should have been checked.
1- Make sure the car is clean .
2- Performa invoice is prepared.
3- Replaced parts are kept inside the car.
4- No marks on steering wheel, seats etc.
5- very important thing , ashtry must be clean.
