Complaining

Everywhere that I look today, all I see or hear is complaining. Do not misinterpret my observation; there is absolutely nothing wrong with complaining. In fact, I do quite a bit of it myself, certainly my share, at least. However, when I see people complaining, the subject of their venting is more often then not nothing more than frivolous at the very most.

It shocks and frustrates me to see that the planet on which I have lived for years is so depth-deficient. It is most certainly a sad age in which we live, and people's personalities are so shallow that they're translucent. Welcome to our world, simply chock full of ignorant fools unaware of their own insignificance.

There's no denying it; surfacism is ubiquitous. All we can do about it is to refrain from conforming with what seems to be the current trend in personality development(or lack thereof). So what those who are aware need to do is deepen their own personality to compensate for the proliferation of shallow people. People need to carve out their own niche, and be as autonomous as possible. Freedom also applies to character.
