The Editorial Post was the brain child of three university students who were high school friends from Vancouver BC, Canada. They were out for coffee one night and were just talking about the world and everything in it. The topic of the media came up and how horrible and unengaging newspapers are and suddenly the conversation spiraled out of control. The fact that so few people control the media that so many people are exposed to led to the idea of creating a forum that anyone can have access to so that they could speak their mind. This lead to the brith of the Editorial Post. This story serves as an example of what this site is all about. From a simple opinion that the three of them had sparked the idea of creating this web site. What this means is that any idea you or your friends have can be made into something real for everyone to see. This site will make that happen. We give you the forum that nobody else will.
STEPHEN SACHS
Stephen was born June 7, 1979 in Stamford, Connecticut and lived there for 13 years before moving to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Educated at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, he received an Honors Bachelor's Degree in History. In his final year, Stephen attendeds school at the University of California, Los Angeles, and began work on this web site and other business ventures. Currently he is in the process of entering law school in the fall, and will probably end up practicing corporate law and writing wherever he can. When it is all said and done and I can retire, Stephen really would love to be a professor somewhere and teach history.
JEREMY JACOBSON
Jeremy Jacobson is currently finsihing up a psychology degree at the Univerisity of British Columbia. His future plans are undetermined right now but law school seems to be the direction he is leaning towards but only time will tell. He has a wide range of interests and has a back ground in all types of perfromance ranging from musical theater to stand up comedy. He hopes to contribute to the site in the form of editorials in the near future but right now he is serving as the webmaster. His favorite wrestler is the Undertaker
ALEX MOSKOVSKY
Short, Pale White, and not Antonio Sabato Jr, Alex was born in Rehovot, Israel and grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Currently completing his final year of a Bachelor's of Arts Honours Degree in History at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Alex looks to be starting his Master's degree in the fall of 2001. Presently in the process of applying for a summer position with the Department of Justice, Alex's future aspirations are to attend Law School, whereupon he plans to enter the Foreign Service. He enjoys chinese food, ping pong, and camel racing, not to mention Britney Spears.
