All submitters and contributors will agree any article submitted to Editorialpost.com will become the property of editorialpost.com. This includes all writings submitted, published or not.
All submitters and contributors will agree Editorialpost.com is free to do whatever it wants with any submitted work, so long as the writer is compensated if their article is sold to an outside organization, according to a prescribed list price for their work.
No contributor can sell his or her article resembling what was written on Editorialpost.com without Editorialpost.com’s expressed permission.
If a writer does obtain requests from other persons or organizations to write based on subjects published on Editorialpost.com, that writer is free to do so, so long as the information contained on Editorialpost.com is not diminished, affected adversely due to timeliness, and does not conflict with the interests of the article submitted
Editorialpost.com acts on the behalf of writers to further careers and publish material for no cost to writers. However, Editorialpost.com does reserve the right to charge outside parties for work posted, publish work at a later date and time, and to reimburse a writer accordingly for third party publication of work on the site.
Anonymity will be strictly enforced by editorialpost.com only if the author of an article chooses to be anonymous.
Editorialpost.com will in no way release and/or distribute an author’s name of an article to a second party organization without prior consent from the author. If editorialpost.com is unable to contact the author and/or are not able to contact the author for permission, services rendered by the author become invalid and terminated.
If any article, piece of work, or information regarding the author that is submitted to editorialpost.com is found not pertinent and/ or valid, the services rendered will no longer be valid, and the agreement between the author and editorialpost.com will terminate immediately.
