I worked for Interac for a year and a half. During that time we were paid on time
6 times!!!!!!!
As far I was concerned I wanted to leave as any company
which doesn't pay on time is not worth working for
but having paid 4 months' key money it was hard!!!!
The catch is that Interac sells itself as a professional company and
then doesn't deliver the goods!!!
I hope I never have to work for such a company again!

I came to live in Hiroshima four years ago to escape the crowds
of Tokyo and started working at ACE language school.
Mistake number
one!!!
Was worked to death, pushed to the brink of suicide, heard
similar horror stories from ex ACE teachers...sadly it is still
continuing..the lies , cheating etc. They still owe me two months salary!!!
Mistake number two was working at Interac.!!!!!!!!
Whilst nowhere
near as unfair as ACE school they equally should be avoided like
the plague!!!!!!
Different rules and salaries for every teacher.
Management
constantly changing the salary and not sticking to the contract,
reducing holidays by five days after two years' employment, reducing
salaries...need I stress it...
DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESES TWO
criminals as it WILL end in tears and possibly suicide......Your
life is worth much more.!......I TRULY mean this!!
