William also went by "Pegleg" and "Billy". He shows in the 1850 and 1860 Haywood County, Tenn census. Shows in the 1880 Crockett County, Tenn census. Died between 1888 and 1900.

5. CROSSNOE, James William--Born November 26, 1873 in Crockett County, Tenn. Married Ida L. MCMILLAN on December 25, 1895 in Crockett County, Tennessee. Also was married to a Mary Lou (last name unknown). Died in January 1943 in Crossplains, Texas.

She died on May 4, 1985 and is buried in Willis Cemetary, Willis, Marshall County, Oklahoma.
