NEW INFORMATION

The following information and pictures have been shared with me by Tabitha Seifert. She was named after Tabitha Robinson and is a descendant of her also. Most of what she has shared here, has been passed down from generation to generation.

TABITHA ROBINSON SHIPMAN

Robinson, Tabitha--Born in about 1830 in Missouri. She married Daniel SHIPMAN in 1851 om Arkansas.

After Daniel's death, she married William HAILEY in about 1864 in Texas. Later in about 1874, she married a Mr. BANNISTER in Texas.

Tabitha is the daughter of Charles ROBINSON and Joanna CHARLTON

Shipman, Eveline--Born on August 1, 1860 in Dallas County, Texas. She married John B. MOOREHEAD in about 1891 in Arkansas. John was born August 4, 1854 in Leake County, Mississippi and died on March 27, 1938 in Duback, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Eveline died on January 9, 1939 in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas and is buried in Woodlawn Cemetary.

John and Eveline Moorehead had the following child:

Moorehead, Doner Olif---Born on May 24, 1893 in Hope, Hempstead County, Arkansas. Married John Thomas SMITH, Sr. on May 12, 1920. John was born on July 3, 1869 in Springhill, Hempstead County, Arkansas and died on April 5, 1953 in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas and is buried in Woodlawn Cemetary, Arkansas. Doner also married Joseph Louis DYSON. Doner died on May 28, 1969 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California and is also buried in Woodlawn Cemetary, Arkansas.

John and Doner Smith had the following children:

2. Smith, Donna Olif

3. Smith, Helen Virginia

4. Smith, Francis Billy

5. Smith, Carroll Bracy

6. Smith, (son)--twin to Carroll Bracy Smith. Stillborn.

Joseph and Doner Dyson had the follwoing child:
