Tabitha Lenox is the next door neighbor of the Bennetts. The citizens of Harmony think she is harmlessly eccentric, but in reality she is pure evil. Tabitha is really a witch who has been around for 300 years. With the help of her sidekick, Timmy, Tabitha has been plotting to bring Charity over to the dark side, so that Tabitha's full evil powers can be restored.

Ijess' Opinion: I think that Tabby is great! The humor that her and Timmy bring to the screen is fantastic. Everything from her funky clothes to how she can never catch Timmy when he is falling from the Bennett's house is amusing. I hope that she stays around for a long time.
