Victor McCay joins the cast of “Passions” in the role of "Doc." Doc, a friend of Liz and Brian, is a medical professional with very strange ideas.

McCay stars on NBC's hit series “The West Wing” in the recurring role of ‘Pete.’ His additional credits include a co-star role on “Ally McBeal” and guest-star roles on “E.R.,” “Chicago Hope,” “Family Law,” “Resurrection Boulevard” and “Judging Amy.”

Born on April 22, Victor's hobbies include printmaking, racquetball and puppetry.
