This is the start of everything.

Daddy said that from the start, my eyes were the focus of all comments about me, then my lashes.

Mommy agreed, but added that it's my smile that makes her day.  I think we both have great smiles. . .

The Early Years

One thing to notice about this picture is how I sucked on my fingers.  How's that for style?

On Dec. 6, 1997, I was baptized and became a part of the Catholic Church.  I think the next step will be my First Communion.

The funny thing about this picture is that everyone was shouting at me to smile, but Daddy must have thought that they were talking to him instead!

One of my tired moments. . .

After I got baptized, we all went back to the church in Agoo where Mommy prayed hard that I will arrive in their lives.  She and Daddy prayed for thanks, and then we all went to a resort to rest overnight before going back to Manila.

I might have been less than a year old, but I was able to go to Bicol!  This picture was taken at the side of the famous volcano in Albay, Mt. Mayon!  Notice my two new teeth?  There are two more on top!

One of Daddy's first attempts in editing pictures was to showcase my different styles of sleeping.  Notice the bottom right picture.  I'm holding my bottle in one hand while holding on to my sandal with the other!

This was actually taken by Ninong Joel.  They wanted me to look more like a girl, so they put a headband on me.  I think that the only solution would be longer hair. . .
