Thailand Trip

At the airport, we were made to wear masks.  Take note of the sign over Gem's head. . .

On our second day, Gem started writing letters to Jian.  This was right after breakfast.

Tokyo Disney

Finally, we get to see Disneyland, even if only in Tokyo!  Here's Gem in front of Cinderella's Castle.

Our staple food during our stay.  At first we were excited to taste something different, but in the end, we were just forced to eat this due to money constraints.

Hamming it up at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in our Kimono.  We only discovered this during our last night.

The first show we watched.  I was fascinated by how effortlessly they changed the set from this. . .

. . .To This!  They used a lot of hydraulic lifts and elevators to do this. . .  Impressive. . .

Next day was spent at Disney Sea.  This is the view towards Mira Costa Hotel. . .

Welcome to the Lost World!  That volcano actually erupts every hour in the evening. . .

Agh!  Caught doing a naughty thing!  That's the life-sized liner Columbia docked at the Waterfront.

Just having a little snack before going on.  By this time, I've been to the Center of the Earth and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea!  After such journeys, of course a snack is needed to go Under the Sea with Gem, then to the Arabian Nights. . .

Disney Sea by night.  It was wonderful to be there at night.  Very romantic.  Too bad the lights got blurred in the picture.

While waiting for the fireworks, the two tired but happy travelers take time out to take one last shot together at the magical place called Disney Sea. . .
