October 22, 2002 - Sarah is 4 months pregnant. Her usually flat tummy is obviously housing a linebacker (or maybe it's an amazon!).

December 5, 2002 - Getting bigger and glowing!

December 6, 2002 - My secretary, Angie Shaffer, made me this unique birthday cake. It was a banana walnut cake with butter cream frosting piped on to look like spaghetti. The meatballs were walnut fudge and the sauce was strawberry preserves. SUGAR SHOCK!

December 10, 2002 - This is our newest family portrait. Next year we will have to add another spot for the baby!

December 18, 2002 - My sister, Michelle, sent me this newest picture of what Santa left under her tree! Her grandson, Dustin, will be 3 months old at Christmas. As much as I like looking at this happy baby, this is here for Andy.

December 25, 2002 - I always enjoy decorating our tree with all of our family ornaments. Some I have made, some are from my grandmother, and the others we have collected over the years. Each one has its own sentimental value.

December 25, 2002 - One of Stacey's Christmas tasks it to decorate a little sleigh that I have. She usually fills it with beanie babies and always put a little deer at the front. Well, some of her stuffed animals are in the attic right now, and she couldn't get to the deer, so she ingeniously invented the now classic Lego Reindeer.

December 25, 2002 - Here is the photo I have been promising. We miss Neira very much, but Cari seems to be getting along with her new friend Nisie just fine. This picture doesn't show Nisie's beautiful blue coloring on her belly and inner wings. She twitters sweetly, while Cari still cackles and sounds occasionally like a dolphin!
