His World

my golden princess
take my hand if you will
and follow me to my home

over the hill from the sacred pool
see the towered city?
the golden towers stretching towards the sky?
follow me along these steps
rough hewn and set in the hillside
downward to the towered city

as you see, the lower part of the city
lies in shadowed mist
