It's awesome to contemplate the influence of ha Mashiach/Christ upon a single individual. Like Moses stood at the burning bush and received a revelation of ha Mashiach, the bible contains the story of Saul who had such a divine encounter. (Acts 9)
11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth.The Lord not only apprehanded Saul who was on his way someplace, but told him to visit a man who would pray for him, and where this person lived. When a man or woman will fully yield their lives to God? Can God use the very young? Or those who are more mature? God is not limited by man-made stipulations. Caleb was 80 when he took the mountain for God!
We are called to serve God as a family, and rather than take our children to the "childcare giver," so that we can go out and minister, we have taken our children on missions, so that they can learn first hand about "doing the works of Yeshus haMashiach/Jesus Christ. Our 16 year old daughter has received prophetic dreams and visions from God since she was very young. We also have an adopted 4 year old, who loves to sing God's praise. Every day, she sings and she has a little harp that she plays. Praising God is the first thing Zani does each day. We have always loved to tell our children of how God spoke to Samuel when he was but a child.
It doesn't take intellectual understanding to know God in close relationship. The bible indicates that God called many in bible times, who were unlearned, and yet God saved them, they were baptized in Yeshua/Jesus Christ's name. and filled with His precious Holy Spirit. (Acts 1-2)
Our daughter Amber, who was six years old at the time, had a dream prior to our leaving on a mission to Europe and the United Kingdom that helped us make an important decision. God gives us prophecies for the children and babies of even before they are born. He loves to instill a sense of prophetic destiny and purpose in a person's life. The Apostle Peter prophesied "Your sons and daughters shall 1) Prophesy 2) See visions. 3) Dream dreams, as God pours out His Spirit on all flesh in the last days. God has revealed His desire to manifest His power prophetically on the Day of Pentecost in the Bible. (Acts 2:18-38.) Make sure what's spoken lines up with the word of God. This is how to try the spirits --whether it's God. (1 John 4:1)
SONS & DAUGHTERS OF THE KINGDOM OF OUR GOD & OF HIS CHRIST
Yeshua/Jesus said: I and My Father are ONE. (John 10:30) And he that has seen Me, has seen the Father! (John 14:9) Messiah never married, but the bible tells us that Yeshua has "spiritual sons and daughters." This is also prophesied as the destiny of the Son of God long before Yeshua was born.
"Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief: when you shall make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand. He shall see the travail of His soul and be satisfied. By His knowledge shall My servant justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He has poured out His soul unto : and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sins of many, and made intercession for the transgressors." (Isaiah 53:10-11)
OUR FAMILY'S SPIRITUAL HERITAGE:
Turning the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the children to the fathers...(Malachi 4:6)
Scripture teaches that God is "One." There is only "one church," the body of Yeshua haMashiach/Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 4:12-27) God took both of us, and our families through a series of events, to give us this precious revelation of "oneness in Yeshua haMashiach/Jesus Christ." We believe that God is "one." Fundamental to Israel---Tom's family on his mother's side are Ashkenazie, or German-Jews) is the revelation of God in the SHEMA:
"Hear O Israel, the Lord your God is one. (Mark 12:29) When asked what is the greatest commandment, Yeshua answered: Hear O Israel; The Lord our God is one: And you shall love the Lord your God with all of your heart, mind and strength: this is the first commandment.
So what does the church do? They spend 2000 years placing the emphasis upon a God in three persons concept. Is it any wonder that we aren't further along in the Reformation process. Reformation is a historical event to many pastors and their assemblies and not an on-going process.
Yeshua declared this saying repeatedly: "I and My Father are "ONE." (John 10:30) "He that has seen Me has seen the Father." Before Abraham was "I AM!" (John 8:58) If you had known Mw you would have known My Father also. (John 8:19) I am in My Father and My Father is in Me. (John 14:10) Yeshua said: I am from above, you are from beneath.(Till born again, then one has a heavenly birth.)
PROPHECIES OF THE GERMAN PIETIST MOVEMENT:
In the late 1600's, in a land decimated by a long series of wars, God brought revival to my ancestors in Palatinate Germany, through what is known as the "The Pietist Movement." Johann Sebastian Bach, and Daniel Boone's mother were from this revival, which stressed, in contrast to a state church that was very intellectual, the need for "religion of the heart," not just the head; characterized by purity, inward devotion to God and service to God. God spoke powerfully to that generation by His "prophetic Spirit."
In the early 1700's, God raised up a prophet. Yes, more than a prophet, for he became the first pastor of the first church in Orangeburg, South Carolina. It appears that God first called him to the office of a prophet, while in Europe. He was termed a "dissenter minister," by the congregation in America who willingly servedembraced him as their pastor in 1749.
Among his group were the names I have come to recognize from those of my own family background of German Pietists or Brethren, such as the Browns, and other Wetzsteins, and the relatives and close friends with whom they found Christian fellowship, in the colonies. Peter Wetzstein came to America aboard the ship "The Samuel," in 1732, arriving in Philadelphia, and moving after a time to Maryland. Names like Diedrick, Ulrich, Wetzstein, and Wolf, are found in my father's old diaries. John Ulrich Giessendanner, a goldsmith by trade from Toggenburg, who served the German and Swiss, as a prophet of God; gave forth numerous prophecies, while in Europe. He was given the left foot of fellowship by the Luthern church. One prophetic word received from the Lord was actually read before the Zurich Town Council by a church member. When he and his congregation immigrated to America, an ancestor of ine, Elizabeth Wettstein was part of his church in North Carolina.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH:
The Pietists or Brethren as they preferred to call themselves, hungered---they thirsted for the manifestation of the Kingdom of God to come "in earth" as it is in heaven." Many from Europe and the United Kingdom, came into apostolic doctrine, through such reformation groups as the French Camisards. The Quaker denomination also possessed an understanding in the early years, of water baptism in Jesus name. Between the years of 650-1690, there was rapid expansion among the Quakers, spreading across the entire world. Quakers were persecuted with fervor, and commanded to stop meeting together. Those of their religious community suffered greatly for the cause of truth.
Quakers have been referred to as "filled with dynamism," and by the thousands they were persecuted with whippings, beatings, imprisoned in dark, dank cells, many dying in prison, and with one woman in Boston, was hanged. Women and children were tied to carts, and whipped as the carts were driven through town. So severe were these beatings, that some prisoners were reported to have received over 600 lashes. Those with apostolic and Pentecostal backgrounds, were returned to England aboard rat infested ships/. But for 40 years they were a "religious storm." What is recorded in school books, is the puritan side of the story. Yet there is a story largely untold, of apostolic believers who came to America by the thousands, and wrote tracts and books, teaching and preaching the gospel faithfully. The old adage is "The Pen is mightier than the sword." This was certainly true of Will Penn. Quakers wrote 25,000 pages in the 13 years following 1652.
The baptism issue generated much persecution, with adversaries building special "dunking chairs," with which to punish people with whose views they differed, by holding them under water till many drowned. William Penn, when still a young man, hungered to know God, and his thirst for God's living water, and the bread of life, brought him into fellowship with those who possessed this understanding of water baptism in Jesus name. He believed this doctrine so strongly, that he was ready to die for it! He found himself imprisoned in the Tower of London for denying the trinity. He'd repeated Fox's claim that the term "trinity" was not in the bible. In order to be released, Penn had to prove that he did not deny the deity of Christ, which he successfully did, with his book "No Cross, No Crown."
Prior to immigrating toAmerica, Will Penn traveled, preaching inHolland and Germany. In 1681, Penn and 11 other men bought East Jersey. He had persuaded Charles II to settle an old debt owed his father, by granting him land in America, in 1661, in what was to become Pennsylvania. Penn was also granted the territory which became Delaware. On October 27, 1682, William Penn and his party of100 Quaker settlers sailed up the Delaware on the ship "Welcome," disembarking at the little settlement of Upland.
In the first two years following Penn's arrival in America, 3000 more colonists arrived. Many settled the area around Germantown, near Philadelphia, PA. Most settled in what is now Lancaster County, where the limestone quarries were similar to those in Europe.
Penn wrote numerous books and articles, including "Errors Against the Trinity, and a pamphlet etitled, " A Sandy Foundation Shaken," He was nearly arrested in 1690, when he made his appearance at the funeral service of George Fox, a man who spent many years in prison for opposing views of the Anglican church. His followers called themselves "The Children of Light." Penn's last years were filled with trials. He was deprived of his position as governor of Pennsylvania. In London he lived in poverty. Will Penn died at Ruscombe in Berkshire, and is buried in the Quaker Graveyard at Jordan.
My family intermarried with the Penn Family, through the linege of Solomon Davis who was the father of Mary Ann Davis that married James Hunt, many family members settling in the Carolinas. My ancestor on my father's side, James Hunt either were granted or purchased land.
The original Greek text the apostle wrote the book of John in, tells us that Yeshua prayed:
"That they ALL (my people) may be as you Father in Me and I in you. That they also may be in us, that the world may believe that you sent Me. I in them, and you (Father) in Me; that they may be perfected in one, and that the world may know that you sent Me, and that I have loved them as you have loved Me." John 17:23
This is echoed in John 1:16: And of His fulness have all we received, and grace for grace." And again: "For in Him dwells all the fulness of the godhead bodily, and you are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power." (Colossians 2:9-10
Because for most of us, there is a span of time between the time we are born and the time that we die, God wants us to have a godly influence upon the lost souls of this world. The kingdom of God MUST come in earth as it is in heaven, with all power and glory. That government or kingdom of heaven, is in Revelation 21:22-23:
And I saw to temple therein, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. And the city had no need of the sun, nor of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the LAMP thereof.
My ancestors made many sacrifices to enjoy the right to worship God as the bible teaches. They did not have the full revelation which many have today, but in their hearts there was a burning desire to see God's kingdom manifested in earth as it is in heaven.
Fleeing up the Rhine River, the river journey alone took 4-6 weeks. It is estimated that 10,000 to 15,000 immigrants made this trip from the Palatinates by 1727. Our family members boarded a ship in 1732, called the Samuel, arriving in America in August of that year.
Our family members, Jorg & Anna Catharina Wetzstein and family came to know Yeshua at this time. The family fled in small boats on the Rhine River, to Rotterdam, where their son Peter Wetzstein, his wife Elizabeth, and 6 year old daughter Magratha booked passage on a sailing ship called "The Samuel, " arriving in Pennsylvania in August of that year of 1732. In the year of 1732, cows froze in their stalls, and the grapevines were destroyed from the freeze. Either the family made it to the Netherlands prior to this, or they had a great deal of hardship along the way, as money would have been hard to come by, unless providencially saved ahead of time.
WHERE DID THE TITLE "SKYLARK OF THE MORNING PROPHETIC PAGE COME FROM?
God called us to this "Elijah Task. Inspired by ancestors who valued religious freedom enough to sit in dark dungeons rather than be silenced, we take seriously the the scriptural admonition to "Buy the truth, and sell it not." There's a painting of a woman standing in a harvest field, with her sickle in her hand. Her face is upturned toward the rising sun as she listens to a lark singing it's exuberant praise to the God of all creation. For many years this painting, called the "Song of the Lark," hung on the wall of our home.
I was born when my own natural mother was unsaved. She was raised in a Presbyterian home, and my grandfather was a pastor; who was greatly inspired by the lives of the reformers such as Savonarola. After he died, mother left her home in Chatham, Ontario, Canada . By the time I was born, my mother, who was of Danish and Scotch Irish extraction, seemed to have little understanding of prophetic destiny. Praise God she did not die that way, but loved to attend apostolic services and camp meetings with me, where she came to know the Lord as her Saviour and Lord in the early 1970's. As a small child, I was raised in an apostolic foster home, which has a tremendous impact upon our family! A life apart from God, causes you to lose all sense of destiny and spiritual purpose. When I was 3, and my sister 18 monthes, she became ill, and had to place an ad in the newspaper for someone to care for us.
Mother said she said she received 30-40 responses, and my mother chose a Christian couple. The man, Frank Kuklenski was Polish, and the wife Dorothy was of German descent. One day I said to God: How can we thank you for this godly legacy? Could we help the nations to know you Lord, and to teach them what you've shown us that: "Yeshua/Jesus and the Father are one?" How many wonderful Christian people have imparted the things of God to our lives.
BREAKING THE UNSCRIPTURAL "INNER VOWS:"
You see Yeshua once healed 10 lepers, but only one came back to thank Him, and I want to thank Yeshua by offering my whole life as a thank offering. Sometimes we battle things in our lives that make it difficult to see nations as God sees them. In my teens, I had an ungodly beer drinking German friend, who was the epitome of the antichrist mentality, and I used to tell him so.
Sometimes we even make inner vows...I think this fellow made up my mind that I did not want to marry a German. Well, when we receive Yeshua as Lord, His family encompasses all races and nationalities, and He loves them all, so He does not want us to harbor resentments toward others. Guess what? I ended up married to a German-Jew, but he has been the epitome of Yeshua in my life.
We live in Everett, Wa. in the USA. God has blessed us with five children, Lisa Marie, age 44) Anthony Lee, (age 41) Robert Donovan,(39) David Gabriel, (age 33) and Amber. (age 19) and Zani age 7.
Our 2500 member church home is Westgate Chapel, in Edmonds, Wa. and our pastor and wife are: Alec & Rita Rowlands. Our pastor has the heart of a reformer. He has been a beacon of light to our community and family. They have helped God to train and to equip us to do the work of the ministry, and we are very grateful.
We have attended there for about 4 years. God is moving in a wonderful way. The messages are anointed, the praise and worship is to precious and the gifts of the Spirit flow. We're praying about what God wants us to do next.
ORDINATION TO MINISTRY:
Our ministry, Our ministry Breakthrough Intl. is a place where you can find fellowship in your Christian beliefs, learn more about apostolic doctrine, and obtain your ministry license or ordination,and minister in fellowship with our tax exempt, non-profit orgnization. We realize that many whocome into an understanding of apostolic doctrine receive religious persecution. We were first ordained to ministry in 1984 in a prophetic presbytery made up of our Pastor Joseph Thornton of Word of Life Church in Tukwila, John Decker of Christ Institute for Ambassadors, in a group of our friends, from local ministries and ministers from various churches who fasted and prayed for three days prior to the ordination, which was held at Living Word Church, in Tukwila, Wa. Prayer and fasting helps to cause you to be more sensitive to God's voice. In the bible, in the book of 1 Samuel, you will see that God speaks even to children. You don't have to be a minister to have God talk to you. But you do need to test what you hear by the bible as to whether you heard God speak truth or demonic spirits bring lying error.
God has called us as prophets, and teachers to His church and evangelists to the lost. This means that of the 9 gifts of the Spirit, some that God uses to speak to others through us are: 1) Prophecy 2) Word of knowledge. 3) The gift of (supernatural) faith 4) Word of wisdom. 5) Gifts of healing. (1 Corinthians 12:4-12)
When we first began to receive prophetic words for cities and nations, we would call pastors long distance, or write to them and share the prophecies. By submitting prophecies for others to judge, you gain experience from their insight. After several years, of sharing prophecies with church leaders and others, and many confirmations that yes, God was speaking prophetically through us; He gave us a vision and prophecy regarding
In about 1990, while on staff as CBN prayer leader; Harriet Stiller, office mgr. now a missionary to Haiti, prophesied as she saw us in a boat and a terrible storm come against us. But Tom was steering us through the storm, by God's grace and leading.
This was a comfort to us many times and gave him confidence in God. It wasn't one of those trials which last a day or two, but it was about a 3 year ordeal, and we needed that word. Harriet could have held back. But she gave this encouraging word and it brought us through an extremely trying time.
In 1994, we'd been praying for France for 10 years. One day God said: I am sending you to France. We told our church and asked for prayer. When invited to minister with a team of 54, in Cornwall; with a Servants On Assignment Prophetic Team,this was part of that ministry to France. We just hopped on a ferry, crossed the channel and went throughout France by train.
When God said to us prophetically through the team leader Rev. Glorian Bonette: Alana's a mother in Israel, she believed this word which said: You are going to lead teams. I see you and Tom team teaching. Through prophetic minister Freddy Lane who was also part of this team the Lord said: Prophesy, prophesy, prophesy, prophesy, prophesy, prophesy...We believe in the importance of personal prophecy.(1994)
That pastor who had never met us, who called us on the phone from California and gave a prophetic word, knew the importance of obeying the Lord. Don't allow Satan to reason away those insights and words God gives you. The bible says that "The last Adam, Yeshua haMashiach/Jesus Christ, was made a quickening (Life-giving) Spirit." (1 Cor. 15:45) Share the word of the Lord, and let the rivers of living water flow forth from your inner most being even as Yeshua said, if you'd believe on Him.
That California pastor called by faith, probably for knowing what he would say, but he was given a vision: "He asked about Tom. "Does he have a beard?" Alana said: Yes. This was before we ever had a website with photos on it. Regarding his work, as it is in the natural, (Tom is a stone fabricator.) so it is in the spiritual.) He has worked with many international people on his job, such as Poland, Russia, Mexico, Ukraine. God is using the internet also to help Christians work together in unity. In 1998, through Pastor Nick Park of Solid Rock Church in Ireland: "Keep prophesying over Ireland:"...

Shortly after this, God opened a door for the publication of this word of prophecy, the first received for another nation other than our own, was in 1994, and Pastor Ron Goddaert, a Belgian First Assembly pastor, had it judged by Belgian leadership and it was translated into Flemish and distributed there. And now we're going to St. Petersburg, Russia (fall 2001) to get our adopted baby daughter. Our families and our Christian brothers and sisters prayed her in! Blessings on all of you!
